  • During new launces, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping 

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Bexlee Cole is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to help point you in the right direction if needed. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bexlee Cole is not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
